Viba Panchmatia completed his early education in England and thereafter did his Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia and attended the first class at the University of Victoria to complete his Bachelor of Law Degree.
Earlier in his legal career, his practice was varied including corporate, commercial and civil litigation but over the last 20 years he has focused solely on Family and Criminal law. He is still able to draw upon his past experience in those other areas of law. He has extensive court room experience, both in Provincial and Supreme Court.
Margery Crimp has Bachelor of Science (biology), Bachelor of Laws, and Master of Public Administration degrees. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1979.
Margery was one of the founding members of the firm, and has recently retired from the practice of law.
H. Alex Florescu
Alex joined Panchmatia & Crimp in 2013. He graduated from York University in Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, after completing a double major in Philosophy and Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Victoria’s Faculty of Law.
Alex took a break from his education after high school, and worked as an IT consultant and computer programmer before completing his post-secondary degrees.
After living in Toronto for 13 years and Victoria, B.C. for 3, Alex is enjoying his new life in Abbotsford. His varied interests include reading, hiking and dancing, having performed as part of an internationally touring dancing team in 2011.
Alexandra joined us in late 2015. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and then went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law.
Having been raised in Vancouver, Alexandra was keen to return to the mainland and pursue a career in family law. She has already accumulated some experience in both Provincial and Supreme Court, and enjoys litigation.
Nimrit joined our firm at the end of 2016. She completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law, prior to which she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia.
Originally from Vancouver, Nimrit has lived and worked in various countries, including Spain, South Korea, Thailand, and most recently Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Punjabi and Spanish.
